WelcomeFuture: a high school for SMEs

From the success of our IV International Forum To Be Verona a very productive collaboration was born between Ass.Im.P., Terzomillennium (organizers of the event), the study Marshall Consulting Group and IXL-Center, represented by Massimo Andriolo who participated in the forum as a speaker. The idea to realize WelcomeFuture, a high-level training school for companies, sprouted from his speech about the acceleration program for SMEs. The objective of this course is to provide the skills to strengthen the network of small and medium-sized businesses, making it more robust, collaborative and able to adapt to an increasingly fast and complex world.

WelcomeFuture provides an internationally certified training program, which has already accelerated the growth of over 1,000 SMEs worldwide. The results achieved on a sample of 120 realities were 100% of the development of at least one new implementable idea, 60% of companies obtained a purchase order for the idea generated, 52% of average return on investment made in the program and about 20 million dollars of new orders generated.

The training course has been carefully studied and will be based on lessons, workshops, individual and group support, maximizing the impact on company growth and minimizing the impact on operating activities. In the end, a panel of experts will evaluate the concepts developed by the participating companies and reward the best ones, assigning a "Master of Innovation" innovation certificate, recognized worldwide by the Global Innovation Management Institute.

The course starts in March and ends at the beginning of May and develops in 7 meetings as follows: 12/03 from 1.30pm to 5pm, on 19/03 from 9am to 5pm, on 26/03 from 9am to 5pm, on 02/04 from 9am to 5pm, 09/04 from 9am to 5pm, 16/04 from 9am to 5pm and 07/05 from 1.30pm to 5pm. The meetings will be held at the communication agency Terzomillennium, via Mirandola 27, 37059 Santa Maria di Zevio (Verona).
